Highlights
Regular opening hours:
Wednesday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm (last entry at 3:30pm).
Open every day in the school holidays, and on bank holidays.
Entrance to visit our bird of prey and conservation centre where you can see our resident falcons, hawks and owls.
Daily flying displays:
- Mini display 11am! 1-2 different birds in free flight or training
- Full flying display 2:30pm! 3-4 different birds in flight with guided commentary
Notice - no flying display on Friday the 13th of June due to staff shortage - apologies for any disappointment caused
Dogs - to keep our birds safe we have a no dogs policy. In the event of extreme weather or circumstances out of our control, displays may be cancelled at short notice.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but please note that we do not offer refunds for customer cancellations. If we have to cancel your booking (for example, due to weather or bird welfare), you’ll be offered a full refund or a voucher — your choice.
Notice Periods
We will try and be as flexible as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. However, we reserve the right to follow the below notice periods.
• Day Tickets: Cancel 24+ hours before your visit to reschedule or receive a voucher valid for 12 months.
• Fly a Bird: Cancel 2+ days before your booking to reschedule receive a voucher valid for 12 months.
• Hawk Walk or Owl Experience: Cancel 7+ days before your booking to reschedule or receive a voucher valid for 12 months.
• We will try and be flexible where possible if you need to cancel within these times.
• No shows, are non-refundable and not eligible for a voucher.
Late arrivals for experiences
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your experience (subject to availability). If we don’t hear from you and you don’t arrive, your booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or voucher will be issued.

If we have to cancel due to weather, for the safety of our birds, or unforeseen circumstances, you can choose between rescheduling, a full refund or a voucher valid for 12 months.
