Highlights
NEW to Exmoor Dark Skies Festival 2022!
Tuck into a warming hot chocolate and slice of cake whilst discovering the exceptionally dark skies surrounding the 11th Century & Grade 1 listed Nettlecombe Court & Estate, in Somerset (Field Studies Council)
Liz from Moor Wild Experiences will start you with an "Introduction to the Night Sky" under Nettlecombe's Court's decorative high ceilings before we step outside in search for Saturn's rings and the Milky Way. Learn the constellations through Greek mythological stories and using our Stellarium app (download for FREE) and Exmoor Dark Skies Pocket Guide, which you can take home.
What if it's cloudy and rainy? No fear! Enjoy a longer indoor show of galactic mysteries, astrophotography and current space exploration with your hot chocolate and cake.
